Why can i not download my purchase?

Ok its been 11 months now and still can't get this answered. in those 11 months my brother has had some episodes that usually are abated when i download the Moving art to his phone and play them thru a vr headset.
I purchased the download but don't see a way to download. I can only stream. How do I download?
