I just rented Big Sur in hope that the quality would be similar to that at Netflix. Not even close. I do not want to have Netflix just to view your wonderful videos. Is there any way to purchase your videos in a higher quality like Netflix has? I would gladly pay more. Mike Nathan. [email protected]

It's not good that you never received an answer to this. I was hoping to watch the 4K version, not 1080P
I left this question 2 years ago. I have noticed that no one at Moving Art replies to any questions. I just purchased Vol 1 and 2. Even though they are 1080P on my 4K TV they look excellent.

are the first … flowers . desert . forest . available with the original musical score?
craigandjeanne
still no response regarding the original music scores for flowers, desert forest... and still no response for the question regarding the 4k videos. Sad.

Ditto above comments concerning 4k. Best available download 1080p not disclosed until after purchase. Would buy 4k even at higher price but unlikely to make another purchase at 1o80p.
i buy 10 for download only option to watch Volume1
can you help me what going on?
I had the same problem; but realized all you need to do is scroll down a bit and you will see the Video Download box (bottom left of the little video box) where you can choose the quality you want to download (only available up to 1080p sadly as we were all hoping for 4K)
